Lindsay Wagner
Lindsay Wagner makes little distinction between her life as an actress, mother, author or advocate. What unites these various parts is a commitment through her work and her personal life to advancing human potential.
She is best known for her iconic portrayal of Jaime Sommers in her Emmy award-winning role as 'The Bionic Woman'. She won a permanent place in the hearts of audiences around the world and went on to become known as the Queen of television movies with over 40 TV movies plus several mini-series, specials and feature films.
Since she was 19 years old Lindsay has been passionate about the study and sharing of holistic healing modalities, integrating mind, body and spirit. She has also been heavily involved as an advocate for human rights, animal welfare and the environment. In the area of domestic violence and child abuse, Lindsay has not only carried out many years of pubic education, but has also helped to develop programs that offer families and individuals more constructive and peaceful ways of relating to others and themselves in order to break the cycle of family violence.
As a result of her personal experience and years of study Lindsay facilitates “Quiet the Mind & Open the Heart” workshops and retreats for the public as well as special interest groups, sharing the techniques and realizations that have greatly impacted her life. These programs are designed to help overcome our own personal challenges, while accessing the peace and joy that is naturally within us.
